Constitution of the Court

Current

(1)

There is constituted by this Act a court of record to be known as the Local Court of New South Wales.

(2)

There is to be a seal of the Court and any document that is required by or under this Act or any other Act or law to be sealed or stamped with the seal of the Court is to be so sealed or stamped.
