Part 2Provisions consequent on the enactment of the Mining Act 1992
15 Permits
(1)
Any permit granted under section 36A of the Mining Act 1973 and in force immediately before the relevant commencement continues to have effect for the purposes for which it was granted.
(2)
A permit may be issued under section 254 of this Act in relation to the obligations of the holder of a registered claim under Part 4 of the Mining Act 1973.
