Mining Act 1992

Any coal lease that is the subject of a direction given under section 72 of the Coal Mining Act 1973 and in force immediately before the relevant commencement is taken to have been amended so as to include that mineral as a mineral to which the corresponding mining lease under this Act applies.

Any direction given under section 72A of the Coal Mining Act 1973 and in force immediately before the relevant commencement is taken to be a direction in force under section 78 of this Act.
