An embedded network seller that imposes a consumption charge for centralised air-conditioning must make the following information about each of the centralised air-conditioning systems used to supply the air-conditioning publicly available on the seller’s website—
(a)
the ratio of the cooling energy produced to the electrical energy consumed;
(b)
total electrical energy consumed in the previous financial year;
(c)
total cooling energy produced in the previous financial year;
(d)
system brand name or model number.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
