121D Conditions of trial waiver
(1)
A trial waiver must be in writing and—
(a)
must be subject to any conditions required by the Rules; and
(b)
may be subject to any conditions the AER considers appropriate.
(2)
The AER may vary or revoke a condition of a trial waiver in accordance with the Rules.
