2 Safety policy
(1)
A safety policy or policies that aligns or align with other organisational policies and that is, or that are, endorsed by the chief executive and governing body of the rail transport operator.
(2)
A safety policy or policies that includes or include an express commitment to safety, the development and maintenance of a positive safety culture and the continuous improvement of all aspects of the safety management system.
