22 Rolling stock irregularity (including monitoring systems)

(1)

A rolling stock irregularity that does not result in an immediate or direct threat to the safety of people or railway operations, but does require operating restrictions to be applied, including in the case of the following—

(a)

a non-critical failure of vehicle structural integrity;

(b)

a non-critical reduction in braking performance;

(c)

a failure that requires the isolation of vigilance or on-board train protection systems;

(d)

a draw gear or coupler failure.

(2)

A train parting other than a train parting that is a Category A notifiable occurrence.
