Management of notifiable occurrences

(1)

Systems and procedures for the reporting of notifiable occurrences in accordance with regulation 57.

(2)

Procedures for the management of the scene of a notifiable occurrence and for the preservation of evidence where reasonably practicable.

(3)

Procedures for the management of all notifiable occurrences, including procedures to enable the determination of which notifiable occurrences are to be investigated, and how investigations are to be conducted.
