262–2 NSW rule: Exemption to prohibition

For the Act, section 21(1)(b), Transport for NSW may, by notice published in the Gazette, exempt a person, or a class of persons, from rule 262–1 if the road is within an area specified in the notice.

Note—

This rule is an additional NSW rule. There is no corresponding rule in the Australian Road Rules.
