15A Maintenance and repair
(1)
The maintenance, repair or replacement of fittings, fixtures and infrastructure in relation to development for the purpose of port facilities.
(2)
The work may involve excavation works, but only to the extent necessary to carry out the maintenance, repair or replacement.
