36 Truck marshalling area
(1)
The construction or installation of a truck marshalling area.
(2)
The area must—
(a)
be paved with concrete or bituminous surfaces, and
(b)
be designed and constructed to contain and collect leaks and spillages to ensure leaks and spillages do not contaminate the land or enter the stormwater system, and
(c)
comply with AS 2890.2:2018, Parking facilities, Part 2: Off-street commercial vehicle facilities.
(3)
The development must not cause the contravention of a condition of a development consent applying to the land, which relates to car parking, loading, vehicular movement, waste management or landscaping.
