Schedule 10Exempt development—Chapter 5
17 Paving
(1)
The construction or installation of paving, including the replacement and maintenance or repair of paving.
(2)
The paving must be designed and constructed—
(a)
so as to withstand the loads for which it is to be used, and
(b)
so that any surface water run-off drains to a stormwater drainage system or to a landscaped area.
