Schedule 10Exempt development—Chapter 5
7 Driveways
(1)
The construction or installation of a driveway that is ancillary or incidental to a lawful use on the land on which the development is carried out.
(2)
The driveway must be designed in accordance with AS 2890.2—2002, Parking facilities Part 2: Off-street commercial vehicle activities.
Note.
Approval is required under the Roads Act 1993 for work done on public roads and under the Road Transport Act 2013.
