4.4 Relationship with other environmental planning instruments
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), in the event of an inconsistency between this Chapter and another environmental planning instrument, whether made before or after the commencement of this Chapter, this Chapter prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2)
If this chapter and State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 specify the same development as exempt or complying development, the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 does not apply to the development.
