39 Approved clubs for genuine reasons
A club may be approved under this Part as—
(a)
an historical or commemorative club or society—for the purposes of the genuine reason of historical re-enactment purposes, or
(b)
a collectors’ club or society—in relation to the genuine reason of weapons collection.
