44 Club member must notify change in personal details
A person who is a member of an approved club must notify the secretary or other relevant office holder of the club in writing or in such other manner as may be approved of any change in the personal details (such as change of name or address) of the person within 14 days of the date of the change.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
