Weapons Prohibition Regulation 2017

Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Weapons Prohibition Regulation 2009, had effect under that Regulation, continues to have effect under this Regulation.

A change (resulting from the making of this Regulation or any subsequent amendment to this Regulation) to the grounds on which the issue of a permit under the Act must be refused does not affect the issue of a permit before the change takes effect.
