86 Emergency protection works
Emergency protection works carried out by a person must be carried out in accordance with:
(a)
the agreement; or
(b)
the declaration of the Director; or
(c)
the determination of the building Appeals Board;
as the case requires.
Maximum penalty: 85 penalty units.
