95 Offences by adjoining owner
(1)
An owner or occupier of an adjoining property must not refuse to admit a relevant person or a relevant person's agent to the property where the person or the person's agent requires to enter the property for the purposes of carrying out protection works under this Part in accordance with an agreement, declaration or determination.
(2)
An owner or occupier of an adjoining property must not obstruct or hinder a relevant person or the relevant person's agent in the carrying out of protection works required under this Part.
Maximum penalty: 8 penalty units.
