Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Act 1989

The Chairman shall, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, submit to the

Minister a report on the administration and operation of the

Authority during the previous 12 months to and including 30 June of that year or, in the case of the first report, during the period since the establishment of the Authority.

The Minister shall lay a copy of the report referred to in subsection (1) before the

Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days of the Assembly after the

Minister receives the report.
