Acting Chief Executive Officer

In force

Where the Chief Executive

Officer is or is expected to be absent from duty or from the

Territory, or there is a vacancy in the office of the Chief Executive

Officer, the Authority may appoint a person employed by the

Authority, to act as the Chief Executive Officer during the absence or until the vacancy is filled.
