15 Chief Executive Officer
(1)
The Administrator shall appoint a Chief Executive Officer of the Authority who shall be charged with carrying out the decisions of the Authority.
(2)
The Chief Executive
Officer shall:
(a)
be paid such salary, allowances and expenses; and
(b)
hold office on such terms and conditions,
as the Minister, with the advice of the Commissioner for Public Employment, as defined in the
Public Sector
Employment and Management Act 1993, determines.
