17 Other staff of Authority
(1)
The Authority may, on such terms and conditions as are approved by the Commissioner, as defined in the Public
Sector Employment and Management Act 1993, employ such staff as are necessary to enable it to perform its functions and exercise its powers.
(2)
Where immediately before the commencement of this Act a person was employed under section 15 of the repealed Acts as then in force, that person shall, on the commencement of this Act, be an employee of the Authority employed on the same terms and conditions as applied to the person immediately before that commencement.
