33 General provisions
(1)
A corporation shall perform the duties, may exercise the powers, and may perform the functions, imposed or conferred on it by or under this Act.
(2)
A corporation may do such things as are incidental or ancillary to the performance of its duties or functions or to the exercise of its powers.
