40 Borrowing powers
A corporation may, if authorised by a resolution without dissent:
(a)
borrow moneys required by it for the purpose of performing its duties or functions or exercising its powers; and
(b)
secure the repayment of moneys borrowed by it and the payment of interest on those moneys.
