44 Special privileges relating to common property
(1)
A corporation may, if authorised by a unanimous resolution or as otherwise prescribed, grant to a member, or any person who has derived an interest in a unit through a member, any special privilege (not being a lease) in respect of the enjoyment of part or parts of the common property.
(2)
A grant under subsection (1) may be terminated by notice in writing given by the corporation to the grantee in accordance with a special resolution.
