34 General duties
A corporation shall, subject to this Act and the Regulations:
(a)
be responsible for the enforcement of its articles and the control, management and administration of the common property;
(b)
keep in a state of good repair and properly maintain the common property and all chattels in its possession, custody or control; and
(c)
maintain in good repair and proper order and, if renewal is reasonably necessary, renew, all pipes, wires, cables, ducts, and apparatus and equipment of any kind used, or intended, adapted or designed for use, in the provision of services in respect of which easements are created by section 25.
