41 Breaches of articles may be remedied
(1)
If a person who is bound by a provision of the articles of a corporation commits a breach of that provision by act or omission, the corporation may serve upon that person a notice in writing giving particulars of the breach and requiring him to remedy the breach within a reasonable time specified in the notice.
(2)
If the person upon whom the notice has been served fails to remedy the breach within the time specified in the notice, the corporation may itself remedy the breach.
