18 Registration subject to express conditions
(1)
Registration as a veterinarian shall be subject to a condition specified in:
(a)
a direction of the Board for a person's registration, including limited registration, as a veterinarian; or
(b)
an authorisation for a person's interim registration as a veterinarian.
(2)
Where a direction or authorisation provides for a person's registration to be subject to a condition, the Registrar shall include details of the condition in the Register entry.
(3)
A registered veterinarian shall not contravene or fail to comply with a condition to which his or her registration is subject.
Maximum penalty for an offence against this subsection: 500 penalty units.
