44 Unauthorised alteration of Register or certificate of registration
A person other than the Registrar or a person authorised by the Registrar shall not:
(a)
make or alter an entry in the Register; or
(b)
alter a certificate of registration.
Maximum penalty: 400 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.
