51 Evidentiary certificates

A document purporting to be signed by the Registrar and certifying that a specified person:

(a)

was or was not, on a specified day or during a specified period, a registered veterinarian, a registered veterinary specialist or a registered veterinary specialist in a specified branch of veterinary surgery or medicine; or

(b)

was, on a specified day or during a specified period, a person whose registration as a registered veterinarian or veterinary specialist was suspended or cancelled,

is admissible in evidence in any legal proceedings, and is evidence of the matter certified.
