110 Stuffing ballot boxes
A person who wilfully puts in a ballot box a ballot paper that has not been lawfully handed to, and marked by, an elector commits a crime. Maximum penalty—7 years imprisonment. sch 1 pt 3 ch 14 ch div 3 s 110 amd 1988 No. 88 s 5 sch 2
