144 Harbouring escaped prisoners etc.
A person who harbours, maintains or employs another person knowing that the other person has escaped from lawful custody is guilty of a crime. Maximum penalty—imprisonment for 2 years. sch 1 pt 3 ch 17 s 144 amd 1988 No. 88 s 5 sch 2
