94 False certificates by public officers
Any person who, being authorised or required by law to give any certificate touching any matter by virtue whereof the rights of any person may be prejudicially affected, gives a certificate which is, to the person’s knowledge, false in any material particular is guilty of a misdemeanour, and is liable to imprisonment for 3 years. sch 1 pt 3 ch 13 s 94 amd 1988 No. 88 s 5 sch 2
