281 Discipline of vehicle
It is lawful for a person in charge of a vehicle on a journey and for any person acting by his or her authority to use, for the purpose of maintaining good order and discipline on board the vehicle, such force as the person or such person acting by his or her authority believes, on reasonable grounds, to be necessary, and as is reasonable under the circumstances. sch 1 pt 5 ch 26 s 281 sub 1964 No. 14 s 3
