329 Endangering safety of persons travelling by railway
Any person who by any unlawful act, or by any omission to do any act which it is the person’s duty to do, causes the safety of any person travelling by any railway to be endangered, is guilty of a misdemeanour, and is liable to imprisonment for 2 years. sch 1 pt 5 ch 29 s 329 amd 1988 No. 88 s 5 sch 2
