334F Alternative offence to crime of coercive control
Upon an indictment charging a person with the crime of coercive control, the person may alternatively be convicted of the crime of unlawful stalking, intimidation, harassment or abuse if that offence is established by the evidence. sch 1 pt 5 ch 29A s 334F ins 2024 No. 5 s 20
