333 Evading laws as to equipment of ships
Any person who, being a person having actual control over a vessel on board of which any article has been placed with the person’s knowledge or consent in order to the obtaining of permission or authority to leave a port, removes or allows the removal of such article from the vessel after such permission or authority has been obtained is guilty of a misdemeanour, and is liable to imprisonment for 3 years. sch 1 pt 5 ch 29 s 333 amd 1988 No. 88 s 5 sch 2; 2008 No. 55 s 57
