15 Certificate of valuation—evidentiary effect
In a proceeding, a certificate of valuation for an animal purporting to be signed by 2 animal valuers forming a panel is evidence—
(a)
of the panel’s formation for deciding the value of the animal; and
(b)
of the value of the animal as at the day stated in the certificate; and
(c)
that the value of the animal has been decided under a regulation made under the Code, section 450F; and
(d)
of any other matter for which the approved form for a certificate of valuation, or the certificate of valuation, must or may make provision.
