29 Continuation of appointment as animal valuer
(1)
The repeal of the repealed regulation does not affect the appointment of a person as an animal valuer made before the commencement.
(2)
Also, if immediately before the commencement a person’s appointment as an animal valuer was subject to a condition, the appointment continues to be subject to the condition under this regulation.
