16 Notice of intention to challenge value in certificate of valuation
(1)
A party to a proceeding who intends to challenge the value of an animal stated in a certificate of valuation for the animal must, if possible, give a prosecutor for the proceeding at least 14 days notice of the intention.
(2)
If the notice is not given within that time—
(a)
the value may be challenged only with the leave of the court; and
(b)
the court may allow the value to be challenged on terms the court considers appropriate.
