28 Applications for appointment as animal valuer
(1)
This section applies to an application for appointment as an animal valuer—
(a)
made under the repealed regulation; and
(b)
not decided immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The application is taken to be an application for appointment as an animal valuer under section 3.
