Chief executive to issue copies of provider approvals and service approvals

(1)

This section applies if a person becomes an approved provider and a service approval holder under section 247 or 248.

(2)

The chief executive must, within 3 months from the time the person becomes an approved provider and a service approval holder, issue the person with copies of the provider approval and service approvals.
