Applications for a licence under the repealed Act

Current

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

before the commencement, a person applied for a licence under the repealed Act; and

(b)

immediately before the commencement, the application had not been decided.

(2)

The chief executive must continue to deal with and decide the application as if it were an application for a provider approval and service approval made under this Act.
