258 Compliance notices in force under the repealed Act
(1)
This section applies to a compliance notice—
(a)
in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement; and
(b)
given to a person to whom this Act applies.
(2)
From the commencement, the compliance notice is taken to be a compliance notice under this Act.
