259 Prohibition notices in force under the repealed Act
(1)
This section applies to a prohibition notice—
(a)
in force under the repealed Act immediately before the commencement; and
(b)
given to a person to whom this Act applies.
(2)
From the commencement, the prohibition notice is taken to be a prohibition notice under this Act.
