18 Unauthorised feeding of native animals
(1)
A person must not feed a native animal in a State forest or timber reserve unless the person feeds the animal—
(a)
under an authority under the Act; or
(b)
with the written approval of the chief executive.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
In this section—feed, a native animal, includes attempt to feed the animal.
