41 Waiver of permit fee for particular permits
The chief executive may waive payment of a fee payable for a permit to the extent, including entirely, the chief executive considers appropriate in the circumstances if—
(a)
the fee is a fee payable for a permit, mentioned in schedule 6, items 1 to 4; and
(b)
the activity for which the permit is sought is to be conducted for a charitable, cultural, educational, environmental or scientific purpose.
