46 Existing approvals for driving or riding conditionally registered vehicles
(1)
This section applies to an approval (an existing approval), given by the chief executive under section 27(1) of the repealed regulation that was in effect immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The existing approval is taken to be an approval given under section 23(2), subject to any term, condition or other restriction applying to the existing approval immediately before the commencement.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not prevent the existing approval being amended or cancelled by the chief executive.
