122 Officers and employees of the commission
(1)
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement day, was a public service employee employed as an officer or employee of the commission.
(2)
On the commencement day, the person becomes a public service employee in the department.
(3)
Otherwise, the person’s employment and all rights, entitlements and obligations related to the employment are unaffected by the enactment of this Act.
